Dear Parents & Students,
Thank you so much for your continued support and willingness to adapt with us over the past year. We know it has been a crazy time, but we will come through to the other side.
We have some exciting news for you!!! Mi-Cher Dance Academy’s ownership will be changing from Cheryl/Mrs. Geddert to Bethany/Miss McKeever this July 2021.
This will not change a lot for you right now, other than who you communicate with through emails and phone calls. We are both looking forward to continuing to teach all our wonderful students for this coming 2021/2022 dance year.
The studio has always been my home away from home, a place where all the distractions of the world just fade away. Just walking through the door to the studio brings me a sense of joy. For the last 40 years it has been my honour and privilege to teach ballet to so many children throughout this community. I know that my job has been and will continue to be teaching ballet, but I think the children learn so much more… the quote below sums it up!
“Ballet class is like Life Lessons 101. You learn some of life’s most important lessons here that you will carry with you forever.”
I am thankful that Bethany/Miss McKeever came into my life, and that she will be continuing the legacy of Mi-Cher.
~ Cheryl (Mrs. Geddert)
I have been so blessed to be a part of the Mi-Cher dance family these past few years and am thrilled at the opportunity to carry on the amazing studio that Cheryl/Mrs. Geddert has built over the past 40 years. Without her love and dedication, Mi-Cher Dance Academy would not be what it is today. Owning a dance studio has been a dream of mine for a long time, and it is exciting to be stepping into this new adventure. I love to watch the students’ personalities, determination, and dedication as they learn and grow, not only in dance, but in life skills.
Thank you all for your continued support!
~ Bethany (Miss McKeever)
